Yes, you can cancel non-personalized jewelry and accessories before shipping occurs. However, it is not possible to cancel personalized order once we process to handcraft.

For standard shipping, it normally takes 10-12 days. For express shipping, it will take 8-10 days depends on the destination. Please refer to our delivery policy for further details.
